We had a flood in our home. We called Sunshine carpets and Flood Restoration to help us with this problem. When we spoke with Penny, in the office, she made us feel so comfortable and at ease with the entire process. She's very experienced andknowledgeable about the business. There crew showed up promptly, had the proper equipment and handled the flood with no problems. Carpet specialist, Omar, did an excellent job today! Not only did he reinstall a section of my carpet in a professional manner, he went ahead to remove traces of stain. Also, Omar volunteered to move back heavy furniture and other items to its original place, when he realized I am recovering from shoulder surgery, I am very limited in lifting any weight. A special thank you to Omar and to Sunshine Cleaning and Restoration for a job well done!
