As a first-time customer I had a great experience with Crown Carpet Care - scheduling was easy, the guys who came to the house were friendly and efficient, and the carpets look great! I'll definitely use them again.

They were amazing! They got stains out of my area rug (that i love) and, not only were the stains gone, but there was nearly zero odor from the cleaning process. They were prompt, responsive, and the cost was very reasonable.

Excellent work by the Crown Carpet Care crew. We have a cat and a dog so our carpets were a challenge to clean. There were pet “accidents” that required special care. Everything was beautifully cleaned. I could not have been happier with the results.
