After a failed attempt to clean my carpets myself, I reluctantly called in the professionals. USA Clean Master’s team not only cleaned the carpets but also shared tips on maintaining a clean carpet, which was much appreciated. Their rug cleaning service saved me from my own overzealous cleaning methods.

Your service tech is a very pleasant and thorough employee. He checked each room with me before starting and pointed out area concerns. When it’s time again for cleaning we will be sure to ask for Mr. Cunningham.

Grateful that I was able to quickly get an appt for the day before Thanksgiving. The technician called to provide an ETA which was helpful. He was also pleasant and professional. Not all the stains were removed but the carpets were shampooed and cleaned which was an add’l expense than what was quoted (which I expected). All in all, the carpeting looked much better and I’m happy with the results.Service: Carpet cleaning
