Walfred is such a pro at his job. he was very patient and also made sure that majority of these stubborn stains were removed. He did an excellent job! Use the company and use Walfred! The only complain i have is that when i called the company, they didn’t mention that there will be an extra cost for shampooing. i think it will be great if they are able to say that before the day off but overall it was an excellent job done.

Was very happy with the service the day of even though it turns out i needed more a expensive service when the rep got there to clean the high traffic areas. However after the carpet dried it was cleaner but still has visbile dark spots so not the results I was looking for. I thought getting my carpet deep cleaned would make it look like new but it still doesn't. The Technician was great, gave thorough explanations and professional.

Called on a Tuesday, Curtis showed up on Wednesday exactly when he said he would. He got right to work and the carpets have never looked better. Great service! I will definitely use them again.Services: Carpet steam cleaning
