As a non-binary person, I appreciated the All-gender bathrooms and staff name badges that had their pronouns on them. She fixed my glasses without charge (they were so off balance), even though I didn't purchase them there. On my other visit, she went to herculean efforts to find a pair of clip-on sunglasses even though she was pretty sure nothing she had would quite work.
