After my cataract operations my eye power had changed and I needed new glasses. I and my husband went to three other optical shops beside LensCrafters. In all the other shops the sales people were courteous and gave us time to look at the glasses. But at LensCrafters Rosanna was something more. She helped me and my husband to look at the different glasses, explaining details about them, making me wear them over and over to see which would look well with the shape of my face and skin tone. I had never had such attention and care in all the fifty years l have been wearing glasses and buying them. I’ve been seeing doctor khalil for years now and he always amazes me with he’s knowledge on how I should take care of my eyes. Another plus is his secretary has known the best way to handle a situation when it comes to making an appointment and making sure you have the right insurance that they approve. On many occasions I have ran out of contacts or I needed an exam they worked with me on a plan that was comfortable for both of us.
