“I had the BEST service at Premier Eye Care. I was treated kindly from the moment I walked in; Doctor Christine took her absolute time with me and gave me the best service I ever experienced. How do I know? Because these are not my first time having glasses or contacts, yet this is the clearest I have ever seen. No headaches, everything pristine and stylish! I was told it will take 10 business days and my glasses came in 2; the day before I start my new job too.

“After years of dreading getting my annual eye exam, I finally had an amazing experience! Dr. Dunn is very clearly excited about his job and explains everything he’s doing and the context behind it (which I really appreciated). He’s super knowledgeable and this will make you feel at ease. I called before my appointment to see if they took my insurance - they did - which was a huge relief since other places in DC didn’t. I made my appt two days in advance but there were some even sooner! Highly recommend Dr. Dunn!I did have a slightly strange experience before I saw Dr. Dunn when sharing I didn’t have any family medical history since I was adopted. (I totally understand that some people don’t know how to react to that, I just haven’t experienced that at a medical type appointment before) Hopefully my response provided some good awareness for how not to react next time - and that being adopted isn’t always sad - and will be great to keep in mind for the next appointment when someone may have a similar background! All in all, a great experience.“

“I've come into this location several times for adjustments and each experience was a delight. The team does a great job with acknowledging customers as they come in. On both occasions, I stopped by on the weekend and was able to get my glasses adjusted in less than 20 minutes. And each technician was very kind. On this particular day I was assisted my Emma/Emily and she was fantastic. P.S. I've been to several Warby Parker locations and each time the customer service is fantastic. Optician, Ali, was incredibly patient, friendly & helpful. I didn’t even make a purchase. I have to go back for further testing & have found my eye care home.
