“I have been wearing glasses for 10 years now, and finally decided it was time to get contact lenses. Natalie was assigned to me for my first contact lense class/orientation. I was really struggling with putting the contacts in. Natalie was sooo encouraging, and taught me different techniques. I was still unable to get it in. She provided tips for what to do when I get back home. I came back some weeks later for my second orientation. I was so particular about selecting a day that Natalie would be available because she was so amazing and encouraging! Thankfully, in my 2nd class, I was able to put my contacts in and get them out...after about 2.5 hours. Natalie was with me all through, constantly reminding me I could do it and always trying to help me.
Overall, amazinggg experience! The staff and Doctor are also all very friendly and wonderful! Outstanding service! :)“
