The next morning, I called four companies: Robert Bollinger at Storm Waterproofing responded quickly and was able to visit our home and give a quote faster than of the other companies. My husband was home for Robert's visit (as well as one other company), and was impressed with Robert's knowledge of how to fix the problem. (The second company simply wasted our time by sending out a representative who was not a specialist in storm water damage and solutions.) Robert responded to our questions quickly and knowledgeably. There was a cancellation, we were available, and the work was completed within 8 days of our initial contact. The two-man crew that arrive today were wonderful. They were on time, careful to protect our flooring/carpeting, did the job within the estimated time range, cleaned up after themselves, and answered our questions without hesitation.
