June 2021. I had water damage on a large area of living-dining room carpeting. The water came under the shared wall from the laundry/furnace room, where a condensation pump leaked for 2 days. Maryland Restoration is the best company around for carpet repairs. I have been using them for years. Their technicians are thorough, professional, courteous, and do an outstanding job in restoring the carpeting, whether from damage, or just general carpet cleaning. We had water damages in our basement due to the recent rains. When called upon, Maryland Restorations Service responded quickly and did a great job with the clean up and restoration! I was also able to purchase new flooring directly from Maryland Restoration Services in which they did an awesome job installing as well! My fiancée and I are selling our home and unfortunately experienced a roof leak which turned into water damages on our drywall and flooring. We called Maryland Restoration Services and they were out visiting my townhome that night! All repairs were made and we can now move on with selling our home.
