“John and Tyrell were prompt and very friendly. They explained the cleaning process and upkeep for carpet and tile. I feel they spent an adequate amount of time in each area and certainly appreciate their hard work. I enjoyed talking with them about their children and their Christmas plans.My only complaint is that your website states carpets will be cleaned under “most furniture that can be safely removed.” The following items were not removed and cleaned under: lightweight quilt rack (pic attached), lightweight ceramic pot w/ferns (pic attached), 2 LR end tables (1 pic attached) and 2 (BR end tables.) I was VERY pleased with the tile cleaning!!Thank you for your convenient service.“
