Sam did an excellent job and we plan to have her do our other floors. She took the time to explain her process, answer our questions and tell us to turn on fan for drying. She made our carpet look new and we are really pleased.

Gerard and Deon were very professional, courteous, careful and helpful. They evaluated the job and then proceeded to advise and perform the cleaning quickly and efficiently. They kept me updated on the process and on progress as they worked. They did a great job.
