All the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. John Appler is particular is outstanding. He helped diagnose an issue with my script, worked through issues with me, and followed up with everything. For the record, the problem was the bridges broke, they removed the old bridge and put in a new one. Looks like new. “Stopped in yesterday because my frames had a torn silicon nose pad. Even though I didn't purchase the frames from this location they offered to service my frames. They didn't have an exact matching replacement so they replaced both pads at no charge. Then they noticed the frames weren't properly sitting on my face so they adjusted the fit as well. Could not have been nicer or more knowledgeable about fitting frames. Looks like a really nice selection of frames as well.“

“I really enjoyed going to Dr Levin his eye Care clinic is the best clinic I've been in since I moved to Baltimore his employees made you feel comfortable was respectful and prompt Dr Levin hisself what's also was respectful and prompts I didn't have to wait long I was in and out within 30 minutes and they also made his patience feel comfortable haha to be exact there was a patient that was in at the same time I was in Dr levin asked her what type of music did she like and he played it he's real down to earth I would recommend how many days when it comes to eye Care thank you Dr Levin ?“
