I may have had 8 plumbers look at complicated plumbing issue with galvanized radiator pipes in cramped hard to access space in my ceiling over the last 2 months. Unlike the others, Tony didn't price gouge me or over sell what the issue is. He found the issue and fixed that. He also was great at addressing my water heater. Very knowledgeable plumber!“

“While G.A. Eberly did not necessarily do any substantial work on my home, I am giving them 5 stars for their customer service, promptness, knowledgeable staff, and fair prices. I had a tankless water heater go out in the coldest stretch of winter. My thermostat (we have radiator heating) was reading 41 degrees. When calling companies on 12/28, I was being told by many they couldn't see me until early January. G.A. Eberly took my call and checked with their maintenance team to see how they could fit me in on the same day. They had a lead technician (Steven) hop on the phone and get information about what I was experiencing, before finding a way to slot me in. Steven even called back about 30 minutes later to offer a quick fix solution to see if we could get our heat back on. Excellent service!Chris was the technician dispatched. He came on time and quickly diagnosed the issue. He was friendly, helped get a fix in place, and was out the door in no time. I was happy with the price paid for what essentially amounted to a service call, even though he helped fix my issue. Excellent experience working with them. They seemed very comfortabe with my tankless system. “AWESOME! Don't waste your time with anyone else! I called Antonio (owner) at 7am re home central a/c in DC DOA in heat wave. By 2pm, Luis was at my home. Within one minute, he diagnosed the problem as a defective part, replaced it in another minute, and a/c was instantly restored at a most reasonable fee! Others might have taken advantage of the situation, but Mina (& Luis) have first rate competence and integrity. Going forward, I couldn't imagine using anyone else for a/c or furnace issues.“
