They came and helped me upgrade my outlets. I had to get a new fuse box. They identified a major problem in my condominium electrical room. I work alot and the dispatcher who helps schedule the appointments and follow ups helped me big time. She called our condos office and Pepco to have them work together because they did their part. Thanks alot and I definitely owed you all a review!

Michele is the person who makes the appointments and who you will talk to. She is outstanding as were the 3 men who came to do the work. Professional, polite and worked until the job was done. When I called back for something else they responded right away. Great Company!!!

Our house heater stopped working. The young man came out showed us what had gone wrong fixed it then got my vacumn and really cleaned it out. Showed me how to keep it clean. Was very courteous and played with our dogs that wanted to help. I would highly recommend them
