I may be a bit biased because he’s my trainer but, Trevel is as legit as they come. He’s knowledgeable and knows when to challenge me when needed (which is more times that not). I actually enjoy getting a work out in and my results have been great! I’ve already accomplished a few goals and I’m well on my way to crushing the rest!Overall, Thesis is a great gym and I’m appreciative of all the trainers and staff who make the experience worthwhile.“

“1000% WORTH IT!I’ve had several trainers in the past and they honestly did not seem to care. It was more of a transaction than a relationship. When I came across UP I was skeptical like most.However, I met Zach, who turned out to be my trainer. The care, they detail, the drive he and UP is something I have never seen before.Zach has given me workouts that I never thought were possible. He works me hard, he gives me a real nutrition plan and the results came quick. I’m 4 weeks, I lost 6% body fat and gained 5 pounds of muscle. In addition, my belly has gone down significantly.Yes, you need to be dedicated, but Zach’s involvement and investment in his clients are unlike I’ve ever seen. I feel so grateful to be working with him. 4 more weeks to go and I can’t wait to see the final results.This program really changed my life for the better. I’m happier, and healthier for my family.“

The programming is top notch - well thought out to not only give you a good workout, but to hit those muscle groups that are commonly ignored in other group workouts. They can easily help you modify if something is too difficult or if you are working through an injury. Big bonus - the community they’ve created is amazing. “I highly recommend 9round for a fun and challenging workout! The exercises are new every day and chosen for you (explained by a trainer if needed) so it really takes away the mental labor required to choose a workout plan on your own. The trainers are all very knowledgeable and kind, they really helped to keep me motivated. As a newbie I learned proper form for many exercises, now that I've moved away I rely on those skills to work out on my own. The only downside to 9round is that it is a high impact exercise, so if you have joint problems it might not be the best fit. But I went 5-6x per week for 6+ months and never had joint pain, so it works for some of us.The gym environment and owners are very welcoming to everyone. Overall it's a wonderful healthy space to work out in!“

Tucker has a rigorous, but easygoing approach to training that creates a highly motivating, yet low-pressure environment.  When I do have to reschedule a session, Tucker is always flexible and accommodating. Not only has my overall health, strength and endurance improved, but I have found the experience something I look forward to.If you are considering 1:1 personal training and want a well-equipped neighborhood studio setting, I couldn't recommend BC Strength more!“

It is evident that Kimior has put much thought into creating a gym environment that is warm and welcoming to people of all ages and in all stages of their personal growth. I love that they emphasize health in its entirety--including sleep, nutrition, stretching/flexibility, muscle growth, fat loss (if that's your goal) and even a positive mental health. Michaela, in particular, has been an absolute blessing to my health and wellbeing. She is always ready to adjust my workouts based on my ongoing injuries and soreness, and has even implemented more mobility work to help with my injuries. It's like PT and a workout all in one, so instead of just feeling sore and in pain, I feel sore and strong. Thank you to this wonderful team and place. Happy to have found you all.“

His work with me has evolved with every week and every new concern/area of focus. He has a very personalized approach to meet the needs of my body. There are traditional chiropractic movements, but also body work, massage, and Webster Technique additions. Dr. Schreffler is kind, empathetic, knowledgeable (and shares this knowledge) proactively and makes me feel very comfortable (and my body feel better after every session). I've seen a few chiropractors and Dr. Schreffler is the best for me! Would highly recommend if you are looking for a thoughtful approach.“
