“During the week of Thanksgiving, various units in my mother’s senior apartment community in Baltimore, Maryland experienced a small fire and major water damage. The restoration was handled by a team from Minkoff Company. The water was removed, and several machines were placed in the hallway and inside of the affected apartments to dry the flooring.I want to express my sincere gratitude to the team for the outstanding service they provided during this emergency. My mother is 85 years old and uses an oxygen concentrator 24 hours a day. It would have been difficult, if not impossible, for her to remain in her apartment if it had not been for Fernando due to the size, noise, and number of machines used during the restoration.I was pleased and extremely impressed with the professionalism and customer service we received from Fernando, Gerardo, and their team. Fernando’s compassion and empathy was unmatched. Although I was unable to get the assistance from the senior community’s front office that I desired and expected, Fernando came to my rescue. He and his team removed a few of the noisier machines and repositioned the remaining machines which allowed my mother to remain in her apartment, move around safely and have Thanksgiving dinner in the comfort of her own home.Fernando treated my mom as though she was one of his relatives. I am very appreciative of how Minkoff’s team went above and beyond to make an emergency right before the holiday less stressful. I highly recommend this company.“

“TLDR: Reasonable pricing, house looks (and smells) new, and we got some helpful tips as first-time homeowners. Would 10/10 recommend My Carpet Cleaning & Restoration Services. As first-time homeowners, we wanted clean the carpets from the previous occupants before we moved in. Rich (in Laurel, MD) helped walk us through the process and was flexible around our schedule since we were living out of state. For anyone inexperienced in carpet cleaning (like I was), make sure you document any dark marks or discoloration in the carpets, particularly on the edges/corners of the room. Due to the additional cleaning necessary, it can increase the price, and it's easier to get an accurate quote if you provide that information up front. Thankfully, Rich clarified pricing once noticed, showed us some small areas where we could use extra cleaning, and recommended places where we probably didn't need to spend more money on (like closet edges that will be covered by furniture). We also got a discount since the house didn't have furniture in it yet, so the total cost was still lower than other competing quotes. He also provided some helpful tips for us as new homeowners. It was a smooth and pleasant experience, and I'm so glad we got it done before moving in. The house was fine before, but now that the carpets look (and smell) so much better, it really feels like a new house.“

“We used this company for the first time via ANGI. The 2 technicians that arrived were plesant and professional. They went right to work on our 4 level town home. Light chemical spray first, and thourough steam clean following. The wool carpet came up much cleaner than we expected. We were able to sparingly walk on the capret almost immediately. After the carpet dried it looked almost new. These are our carpet folks from now on.“

“People often say in reviews that the service was great and they would use the company again. Well, I actually did. I was paired with 200 Degrees Hot Steam Cleaning through my home warranty company. Harrison came out and did a great job steam cleaning my carpets. He did such a good job that I asked him to come back a few days later to clean all the tile and wood floors in my place. Harrison returned and did a equally great job. For the second visit, I also got to meet Grace. They are two very nice people who know what they are doing and care about doing a good job. I am lucky I found them, and will definitely use 200 Degrees Hot Steam Cleaning again, for the third time!“

“We had my fluffy carpet cleaned recently, and it was quite an interesting experience! The technician who arrived was friendly. Although there was a bit of a mix-up with the cleaning method, as my carpet required a more delicate dry-cleaning process, the technician took the time to double-check everything.
