“I was looking for a new boarding facility for our two fur babies and after reading the reviews and speaking with Happy Cat, we decided to board our two young cats for a week and a half. I am always super anxious when we have to board our cats, but Happy Cat did such an amazing job that I didn't have to worry at all. When we dropped our cats off, they let us take them back to their room and get them settled. The staff did not rush us and allowed us time to make sure our cats felt comfortable before we left. Each room has its own theme with ample hiding cubbies, beds, toys, climbing wall shelves and plenty of windows. You can tell that Happy Cat Hotel carefully designed the rooms to allow the cats to be comfortable and to have an enriching stay.

During their stay, we received daily updates with photos of their adventures. We also opted to add the webcam, so we were able to check in on them. We got to watch the staff interact with our cats and they were always so kind and gentle - each staff member took amazing care of our babies.

If you are looking for a place, we highly recommend this place and have already booked a week stay in November for Thanksgiving. Thank you so much Happy Cat for taking such amazing care of our babies while we were away - we are forever grateful for you.

“Super convenient location. Reasonable pricing for self service. I know this is a ridiculous observation since it is a dog wash but the place was completely covered in fur! It was floating in the air everywhere. There was no escaping it because aeveral big fluffy pooches were being dried as I was bathing my pup. “Doggy day - absolutely amazing. The staff and the dogs are just amazing. The staff are so engaged with all the dogs. They are so engaged and observe when things seem off with the pups.We are working with Tim (dog trainer) to help my pup and it’s so great because he does it during daycare, after hours and weekends and even comes to our home.Boarding - oh my heart. The citrates little bed and biscuits ever! Plenty of exercise, lots of play and was even able to get him fully groomed.I can’t say enough about the positive experience we have had with this place!“

“Jules is great! She always finds a way to squeeze an appointment in for me at the last minute. My rescue- comes out smelling wonderful, looks clean and the added bandana they put on my her- was the icing on the cake. She got a bath -it included a nail trim, drying, shampoo, brushing, a spritz of breath freshener after teeth brushing and an ear cleaning.
