Jeanette in the grooming dept. really spent 20 minutes wasting my time trying to look for reasons why Petsmart Springfield VA could NOT groom my adorable 4 month old puppy. One reason given was, "we're about to close...in 2 hours." another excuse was,"well if you take her to the daycare, she'll just get dirty again anyway." I won't beg anyone to take my money, but why not just close up shop? My puppy was left without the grooming despite the fact that there were 3 capable groomers aimlessly standing around and zero clients being serviced. They have been great with my dog. I also love that they have everything on site including doggie daycare, doggie hotel, grooming and a vet clinic connected to the store. We are also taking the training classes and the instructor is wonderful!

Grooming review. Awful customer service, lack of communication at dropoff, and not a very safe feeling environment for my pet. Despite having an appointment, we had to wait for 20 minutes at dropoff. On top of that, we met a rude customer and a rude staff member, making this an especially negative experience. Rude staff member was actively working with pet while trying to talk to front customers at the same time. The Petco grooming in Annandale is miles better, we won't come back here.
