“I have not had a lot of experience with vets taking care of my tropical birds. When I did have a serious problem with my birds Dr. Bignall was always availabe and highly concerned for there health. I don't know what I would do with out such a wonderful veterinarian. One life couldn't be saved the other probably would of died without his help. God bless him and you couldn't get a more caring and concerned Dr. for your precious little creature.“
“Cherrydale Vet is fantastic! The staff are always very sweet and friendly with my dog -- she tends to be a bit anxious and hyper when she first comes in and they do a great job with giving her time to get familiarized with them and helping her settle down before proceeding with the examinations. In certain cases, they are also willing to give treatment advice over phone or email which can be really helpful in terms of saving us an unnecessary trip to the vet (not to mention a bill too!). Would absolutely recommend them for any pet owners.“

I take them over twice a week and they come out to the car and get the dogs. This past Monday, after finding out that my dog has hepatitis and that she would have to be on a month long regimen of antibiotics, Zoe has called at least once a day to make sure Simone was doing ok. I know that we are not the only patients of the practice, but they sure do make you feel like you are their most important client. They handled shots with ease, keeping my dog calm and happy. When it came time for blood draw my dog stomped his foot a few times while trying to scoot away from the needle. The staff informed me that my dog did not want the blood draw today so they were going to respect his decision and not push it. This thoughtful approach resulted in a positive experience, and my pup is now excited to go see his friends at Harmony. Highly recommend for excellent care!“
