As a 55 year-old, tall man, with perennially tight hamstrings, Pilates has been life changing and Nina is one of the best instructors I’ve had. She is classically trained, but not so rigid as to be doctrinaire in her approach. She has experimented with different techniques to help me improve my core strength and overall flexibility, with great results. Her home studio is well equipped, private, and spotless/hygienic (a real plus these days!). I have convinced my wife, and friends (some experienced, some new to Pilates) to train with Nina. “This is a great studio but one thing that keeps me from coming more often is that it is only hot yoga. I wish there was at least some normal or lower temperature classes offered here. I don't always do well with a 90+ degree heat combined with the strenuous flow. I love the teachers and the challenging flows though - the best studio in the surrounding area! Please consider a "warm" or normal classes. Thank you!“
“Erin has done an excellent job at intuitively understanding my goals and back issues limitations to come up with an individualized Pilates program. In the past, I’ve experienced a wide variety of PT and used a strength trainer, but I her Pilates has been the most beneficial of all modalities. Before Body Center, I never really understood Pilates, but now I highly recommend it if you are looking to get a handle on improving core strength, posture and flexibility.“

She is super professional, have an in depth knowledge of Pilates and other movement type methods. She is also super helpful in situations of specific injuries/sensitivities.
