John explained the plumbing work that needed as well as pointing out that the furnace itself was approximately 50 years old. Although a new unit would be considerably more efficient, the furnace it was in good shape and did not need to be replaced. John also pointed out the required plumbing work would not need to be redone when the furnace is replaced in the future. JJ and Kyle returned a couple days later and completed the work in one day.
