Jeff came for a free sewer evaluation and he was tremendous. He walked around the basement asking questions, making sure I understood what he was trying to do and more importantly, answered the question of “what would you do if you were in my shoes?” I felt like he was honest and wasn’t trying to sell me on anything, yet told me what needed to be done to save money for years to come.

We've had 128 to our home multiple times and all experiences have been fantastic with one exception.We had an inexperienced technician visit who simply did not do a good job. I completely understand that everyone starts somewhere, I just wish he had some more oversight while here. With that being said, the job was remedied very quickly.Everyone I've worked with since—Dominic, Jeff, John, Chandler—have consistently gone above and beyond. Despite the hiccup above I will be a repeat customer.

I had proplem with my pressure pump that caused water leaking. I call a plumber on an emergency call and he recommended me to replace the current pump which would cost me about $6200. I then called 128 plumber and Chris immediate came within a few hours. Chris said it would cost me $5600 to replace the old pump but he recommend me to remove it as we don’t really need it. He would send a technician to come to change the old pipe system and remove the old pump for me the next day. Today a technician name John came to my house and he finished the work within a few hours. I ended up paying only $1578 instead of $6200.
