“I recently finished physical therapy and I feel great back to 100%. I went in with a fractured heel. I was having such a hard time walking & pain all around it. My physical therapist was Brendan, what an awesome guy! Great personality and really passionate about his job. Brendan worked with me twice a week for about two months doing leg exercises and really getting the motion back when I would walk. “I have been training with Spectrum in Bedford for over two years and they have truly changed my life. I had gone through several stints of joining cheap gyms and not using them and then to more expensive gyms that I thought would use more because of the amenities and ultimately never got into a groove. I tried some classes and ended up hurting my neck and back a couple of times and started PT next to Spectrum in Bedford and they suggested I try them because they do small group training (4 max) and they create a program for you to achieve your goals and around previous injuries. I have found the different trainers to be very coordinated, keep great records and are very personable and encouraging. I enjoy having a fitness coach/trainer that keeps me accountable and showing up on a regular schedule with flexibility when I need it. The small group training also fosters camaraderie and accountability to each other to be there to support each other. I am 54 years old and have gained much more strength and functionality that I can notice on my daily work and life. My neck pain is gone now that we have strengthened the muscles around it. I cannot say enough good things about Spectrum…. They have made a huge impact in my health and lifestyle.“

“F45 Burlington (and the format in general) is exceptional! The coaches in Burlington are all super supportive, focus on proper technique, and are very encouraging when you need it. Awesome to work with.The facility is exceptionally clean throughout (including showers and restrooms) and the owner Layla is Fantastic!!I’m a month in and although it’s one of the toughest workouts I can remember (from my athletic days 25+ years ago), I somehow crawl out thinking it was fun (an impossible word for me with traditional workout gyms). The beauty of the program is it’s so fast paced and varied that you couldn’t possibly get bored, as the variety really helps maintain your effort levels. You start at your own pace, and will continue building yourself at whatever pace you choose. You’re fully supported no matter your condition levels, just bring a positive attitude.Finally - this is purely a no judgement zone consisting of a hundred backgrounds and experience levels. “I started working with Kerry in January because I'd been struggling with lower back pain caused by a herniated disc for over a year. I'd tried various pain management solutions to no avail and ended up booking an appointment with Kerry because she specifically mentioned helping clients with lower back pain on her website.
