Laura has been wonderful to work with! She's incredibly patient, and knowledgeable and has a full studio with a range of tools and equipment to best assist each individual client. It's obvious that she cares about her business and each of her clients and their specific needs. It's very different from the large pilates reformer studios.

This past Summer I realized I was going to need to start working with a personal trainer if I wanted to achieve the goals I had set for myself. I wanted to strengthen my core, lose some weight and eventually get to the point where I could learn a routine so that I could do it at home. At the time, I was focused solely on starting up Pilates to strengthen my core and when I started doing my research on trainers in the area, I came across Laura Williamson. Yes, she is a Pilates trainer, but she is also so much more. I booked 16 sessions with her and we did a wide variety of exercises in addition to Pilates. I worked with Laura for 5 one-hour Pilates (Reformer and Cadillac) sessions. She was great at listening to my concerns (lack of flexibility being my main concern) and tailoring our sessions to meet my goals. She is a skilled and warmly professional trainer. Her attention to detail regarding form was greatly appreciated.
