“I tried it one day. It seems like a nice little gym. Two issues: the lighting was harsh. They have all exposed fluorescent lights on the main floor that were blinding my peripheral vision- can you add diffusers? Second, the floor on the lower level is uneven around the squatting rack. I tried dead lifts and felt unbalanced. Treadmills are a bit dated and limited to 12mph, which is a bit slow for my interval workouts (is this a liability thing? Can you go to 15mph?). Still, a promising gym with a friendly community.“

“I would give more than 5 stars if I could!Cassie listened when I talked about my fitness goals and totally understood what I wanted to achieve. She did a thorough functional and fitness evaluation, and created a program tailored to my goals. She also educated me on how to modify exercises to make them more or less challenging when working out on my own. Cassie's approach is comprehensive, including how to manage diet/meals, maximizing the benefits of recovery and rest, and doing all of this in a way that is practical. I am so pleased with my progress! I am definitely going to continue working with Cassie!“

“Sara is an amazing trainer. It’s very apparent that she loves and is passionate about her job and clients. She is fun and very reinforcing. She is great at listening to your fitnesses goals and pushing you to achieve them. She is the perfect balance between pushing and cheerleading. It’s been a year a a couple of months since I started working with her and I can definitely see significant improvement. I look forward to training with her every week.“
