“Would absolutely recommend Marathon PT in Dedham to anyone looking to recover/rehab from an injury. The entire team there (I worked mostly with Dani and Kat who are both amazing) is patient, understanding, and supportive. They also take the time to explain the why behind the exercises and how specific movements affect the body. Before coming to Dedham I couldn’t skate through a 45 minute Rev league hockey game, since working with them for only a couple months I feel great and able to skate no problems without a brace of any kind! 11 out of 10“

“You know you found the right place when you actually enjoy going! We joined back in December 2022 and this is the longest I’ve stuck with a fitness program! Everyone at FINE is so helpful, supportive and are just great people you enjoy seeing regularly. I’ve been training with coach Matt twice a week from the beginning and I’ve learned so much and feel stronger and more confident than I ever have! Learning proper form and lifting weights is actually really fun ? Matt is so knowledgeable and has been a great sounding board (and I ask A LOT of questions haha) talking through food choices and eating habits and also super supportive through my rough respiratory illness and small surgery when I was really frustrated, adjustments were made when needed and just kept going in a safe way which I appreciate so much!“

“This my favorite place to workout. I have been doing the regular big gym memberships on and off for years. But here, I feel the personal attention and coaching has been bar-none. I'm love being there and I always push myself a little more than I would by myself. Jesse is a very knowledgeable trainer and more importantly, a good friend. Everyone is welcome and you feel that in the atmosphere. Definitively not your average gym. My day at Ignite Fitness is always my favorite day of the week.“

“I really love it here! I wish I'd discovered yoga the way it's taught here by their wonderful staff years ago. Everyone is very kind and welcoming, and I'm impressed by how well-run the classes are to fit their wide array of experience within their student body. I'm a generally strong/athletic person and I still found the classes to be hugely strengthening for parts of my body that I already considered pretty strong, like my shoulders and core. I've also had lots of issues with mobility and back pain from years of higher impact/intensity sports and classes here made a huge difference after 1-2 classes per week for a month.“

“Really great personal gym. I have been going here for about 2 years and as someone who has a hard time being self motivated to go to a regular gym, working with Danny has really helped me become more healthy and stronger. The workouts change each month but still get a full body workout each session. As the month goes on, each week is more challenging than the last and by the end of the month, we are getting a good and tough workout. Group size is small, with 3 being the most I've worked out with, and we each are going at our own customized plan with Danny. He is also helpful about sending home workouts or stretching to do on off days if you ask. Overall great spot and will continue to work out here.“
