I didn't think I would find the same kind of personal service here (it's rare anywhere), but Eyes on Main is it! I ordered three pairs of glasses, used two pairs of old frames and one new frame. I asked for glass lenses, which sometimes are harder to get, but the owner accommodated all my requests and provided wonderful service in all respects, and prices were very good. Covid precautions were appropriate as well, which was greatly appreciated. This is my new go-to store for glasses.“

“Five stars! Giorgio stands by his glasses, even when the issue is subjective! I ordered progressive readers to wear over my contacts, but my eyes did not adjust to wearing them all day, the goal of getting the glasses in the first place. I went back and spoke to Giorgio who took his time to understand the issue and had the lenses re-made as bifocals, at no charge to me. Thank you, Giorgio, for your professionalism and top-notch customer service!“

Whereas Dave the manager is always very personable and greets anyone who walks through that door. Customer service training is highly essential here in this office. “Dr. Feifke, at MyEyeDr in Burlington, has been taking care of my vision for more than 15 years. I first found him when my teen needed glasses for the first time, and continued to return yearly for my annual exam. It’s easy to see that he loves his profession because he shows me my eye images and explains everything about them, with enthusiasm! He happily answers all of my questions and always engages in pleasant conversation.
The staff members have been consistently kind and helpful. The people who help with choosing frames are so patient! I must note that Nate went above and beyond to help me with the frame selections this year and was happy to answer all of my questions about the frames, the prescriptions and the charges.
