They scheduled us an appointment and walked us through the new patient / intake process. We saw Dr. Karen and Lynn was our veterinarian technician. Both were very nice! Took time to explain the procedures, test, etc that we would need for our dog and answered all our questions. They were extremely good at what they do and were able to make our dog feel less anxious and my wife and I couldn’t be happier we found them! 10/10 recommend for anyone in the area in need of a vet :)“

“I just cannot say enough about Route 20 Animal Clinic, Dr. Nick Kotsopolous, and staff, especially Colleen. My parents and I have been taking our pets to the clinic for over 20 years. Dr. Nick is so caring, patient, and understanding. Often he's returning calls until 8pm and has given his personal cell phone number if there are any issues post sedation, regardless of procedure. From tumor removal surgery to dental cleaning he calls to check on our pets. He will also ask about how my parents are doing and their pets when I go for a visit with mine. Colleen is fantastic with grooming. My long haired cats would get shaved in the summer so they were more comfortable and she always made them look so adorable and smell so nice. She's also so kind and compassionate, plus prompt with returning calls. If there is a specialized surgery Dr. Nick can't do, he has always referred me to excellent surgeons. For end of life issues, the staff are above and beyond caring and loving. This doctor truly seems to love his work and it will be such a loss whenever he does retire. Comparable rates, prompt response, varied services, excellent care. If you want an excellent veterinarian, Dr. Nick Kotsopolous at The Route 20 Animal Clinic is the one to see.“

49 Stowe Rd, Millbury“Dr. Vicki has been the most loving, calm, concerned, educated and patient veterinarian I have ever known. What I find even more refreshing....she goes the extra mile and will research additional options.
Crowbar, Freeway and Stewie (fyi...she chose the name Stewie) are my 3 kitty boys and honestly...no joke...they love her and they all see her at the same time... lol! A couple more bonuses...she calms my nerves because they are my life. Dr. Vicki knows that I will do anything for them and she never has taken advantage of that. I have never walked out with sticker shock! She is a wonderful vet that cares for her "families". A true St. Francis...“

1114 Providence Rd, Whitinsville“I have had nothing but positive experiences with Agape! They are reasonable, honest and reliable veterinarians. They don’t charge you for unnecessary exams and always take great care of our dog! Best vet we’ve had in 9 years, and we have had a few since we’ve moved all over the country!“

75 Locust St, Uxbridge“My mare was brought there today for an abscess on her neck, and although I wasn’t there for it (my trainer was) I can’t say enough good things about mass equine. They took care of her even though she is NOT an easy horse to handle, and got the job done. My girl will definitely be feeling much better thanks to the amazing care she received today!“

75 Locust St, Uxbridge“Thank you so much MA Equine for helping my horse, Salem! After having a terrible experience with another vet in Rhode Island, I reached out to Massachusetts Equine for a second opinion. They were able to fit him in the same week. All of the staff were very friendly, patient and professional. They treated my horse so well. They were able to figure out what was wrong with him, something that our last vet should not have missed. Their prices are very fair and their clinic is extremely clean and organized. Because we are so far, we had to trailer in, but it was so worth it. I will continue to trailer my horses in and I will never use another vet again. We had Dr. Andrea and she was fantastic.Thank you so much!Dustyn and Salem“

287 Riverlin St, Millbury“The staff at riverlin has been excellent especially considering how me and my family had to put our 15-year-old dog down. They were accommodating throughout the whole process and even let us bring our 2-year-old Pitbull Rottweiler in to say goodbye to his brother as well. It was very nice to be there as a whole family to put down a beloved member of our family. I have put down dogs in the past with other facilities and it has been cold and not receptive. When the staff is crying with you because they have such investment in the animal is you. It touches your soul and makes them part of your family as well. Thank you again everybody for everything you've done for us and we will definitely be bringing all our dogs the future to Riverlin.“

50 Willard St, North Grafton“This is my second visit to Grafton for an injured bunny and an injured groundhog. The most difficult part was the journey, not the clinic. The people accepting the animals were very accommodating.“
8AM - 4PM
9 Howe St, Auburn“My experience is amazing with all of them as a family loving people and mean the pets they love like there own we have lost 2 of our babys and they have been heartfelt about it and feel what we did as a whole. The support and love this group of vets and others here is a rare thing in places the job they all do and what the see as heartbreaking moments is the hardest job ever and me and the wife and our furbabys wouldn't go any where else . As for Dr L and mehgan her co pilot that I have followed for year to anywhere they go they have made this hillside our home also . All the staff is amazing and could never pay back what they have giving to us in care and love for us and our babys they make our babys there babys and that makes a big family to us. I wanna say thank you all of the staff and and above thank you for what you bring and your support . No matter how we say or show thanks for them I know it's not enough of what they all deserve but as a staff they don't expect that they want happy and healthy babys for longer than life . Thank you from deep down .“

1 Officer Manny Familia Wy, Worcester“We went here for my cats vaccines and wanted him neutered as well. They were able to get everything done in one day for waaayy less than the price it would been in another vet. Mind you we called everywhere for pricing, as we didn't have much of a budget as a single mom and everything being so expensive, and we are so grateful for this place! The vet who attended my cat 'Pebbles' was super kind and knowledgeable. He went home with all the needed meds and everything. We even found out he had fleas we would've never noticed unless they told us and they treated him for that as well. He got optimal care here and I would recommend this place to anyone! It's been 3 days after his neutering procedure and he's doing phenomenal. They even called me to see how he was doing! We are scheduled back soon. Thank you to everyone who is involved in the care of these animals ? ?“

18 Granite St, Whitinsville“I put a have a heart trap in my yard to try to catch my cat who's been missing. I instead caught another cat, who was very hungry and scared. I took the cat to PawSteps to have it scanned. They were very friendly and took care of the procedure right away. Unfortunately this cat was not chipped. I am fostering it for now.“
“I can’t say enough good things. My husband and I called around in an emergency late at night for my sick chicken who was suffering. My local vet emergency hospital was rude to me, stating they had to charge the price of a dog and it would be $400. I called another place in the area who were very nice but their pricing was similar.
I finally called Tufts around 9pm, this was our first experience with them. They are a little far from our home but it was well worth the drive. They were excellent from beginning to end. Their prices were more than fair, I believe because it’s a research university hospital. They were welcoming, patient, and understanding, and the hospital itself is very nice. They have a super comfortable large waiting area with well stocked snack machines and I believe they even have coffee.
We were able to donate the chicken to research, which there is a great need for with poultry.
Our sincere thanks to the whole team who helped us, from reception to checkout. We have already told our family and friends about our experience and we will definately be utilizing your services in the future.“

53 Willard St, North Grafton“Nobody wants to come to this place, it's usually when you've exhausted all other options at your local Vet. I can tell you, they make it as tolerable as they can, all things considered. We came here with our Great Dane, Charlie, after first seeing the emergency vet in Springfield who could offer little help for her enlarged heart. The staff are accommodating and empathetic for what we're were dealing with. They got Charlie back on her feet and she's much better now. Also, we had to pay up-front for a portion of the estimated bill (75%) when we left her there for treatment, and can you believe it, they gave us money back. That NEVER happened at any other vet we've used. Many vets are just out for the almighty $ but these folks didn't try and gouge us. I wish we had came straight here instead of wasting $5,000 at the emergency vet, which I was not impressed with to begin with. If your pet is sick, do yourself a favor and come here and skip the "middle-man" at the emergency vet.“

200 Westboro Rd, North Grafton“Our dog spark had to come in for an emergency surgery because he had an abscess which popped and he scratched at it causing it to open and become infected. He was treated with the upmost tentative care from the moment he got in. He went in Sunday, had surgery Monday and was back home happier than ever on Tuesday. We were even able to visit him at night after his surgery. Every thing every little detail was explained with the patience and care. After care instructions were clear and vet was happy to answer our questions. Abby was constantly in contact with me asking how spark was doing, she turned our fear into relief. We are so happy with the professionalism, commitment, and compassion of this place. Thank you all!“

55 Willard St, North Grafton“Had to bring my six month old puppy there because she went crashing through a storm door window. She had a big cut on a pour and a little tear and her tendon.
They have been amazing here, I would recommend anybody going there close by. It should be closer animal hospitals for emergencies.
This one is great, that’s why I gave it five stars.“
“Everyone is so nice, and the facility is clean and bright! The prices are reasonable also. I highly recommend this clinic.“
