Very sweet and kind: I just lost my 12yo boxer and they were willing to take me in on the spot. Private room for last few moments. Very helpful at last minute notice. Cremation and everything else. Thank you Tufts from theAll Dogs K9 Training and family.
My leopard gecko recently became very sick, and this was one of the only places in the state that took leopard geckos. The wait was over 5 hours for them to even see her, just for us to realized we won't be able to afford to fix her. Thankfully, the vet understood my financial situation, and allowed me to take her home with some antibiotics and possible medication that could help her. I'm not sure if I would recommend this vet for exotics, as my gecko is still very uncomfortable, and we aren't sure if she is going to get better. I would def recommend dogs and cats here though!
Tufts has been an unbelievable life saver for us! Despite COVID restrictions, every staff member we have met in person or over the phone had been nothing but kind, patient, and knowledgeable. They've helped us multiple times over the last year with our pup that (unfortunately) has been diagnosed with cancer. There is never a doubt I our mind of our pups wellbeing when we bring her to Tufts. Which is really important to animal owners! This is also a place that's willing to work with you if need be. We didn't have a lot of money to spare during an emergency and we got denied for credit but they managed to work with us to get our bill paid off in a way that didn't cripple...read full review
