“The entire staff at Associates have always been polite and professional. My buddy Buster was there for a Tech appointment but Dr. Rosiello made time to address a few concerns I had. He truly has my pets best interest at heart. Over the past two years, Dr. Rosiello has volunteered to do several rechecks without charge. Recently, our buddy had a growth removed from his left eye. When it came time to remove it, Dr. Rosiello advised that he could do the surgery or I could have it removed in a much less intrusive/risky way. He provided that referral and sent us on our way. Buster had that growth removed without the risk or complications of surgery. Dr. Rosiello even commented how well it looked during a recent visit!!!!“

They were able to fit him in the same week. All of the staff were very friendly, patient and professional. They treated my horse so well. They were able to figure out what was wrong with him, something that our last vet should not have missed. Their prices are very fair and their clinic is extremely clean and organized. Because we are so far, we had to trailer in, but it was so worth it. I will continue to trailer my horses in and I will never use another vet again. “My mare was brought there today for an abscess on her neck, and although I wasn’t there for it (my trainer was) I can’t say enough good things about mass equine. They took care of her even though she is NOT an easy horse to handle, and got the job done. My girl will definitely be feeling much better thanks to the amazing care she received today!“
“We started going here in May 2023. Both visits have been great. The staff is kind and great to work with. They squeezed us in when I was in a pinch in May. Our dog seems to like it here more, too. I had to have my sister call n fond out why they told her cuz I abused there staff and I never did very very unprofessional I also reported them to better business bureau its sad..“

“We have been going to Ashland Animal for over 30 years. Every fur baby received the best care. We moved to Worcester 20 years ago and we still take our dogs here. We would never go anywhere else.The doctors and staff members have always been kind and gentle. One of our dogs is scared of the scale, because it moves. Haven't figured out why it's a problem for him. The techs are great they have to lift him, he's 60 lbs, and place him on the scale, then they give him a treat for being such a good boy.We did try a vet in Worcester, just because it was closer to home. That didn't work out! The doctor was anywhere near the kind compassionate person we were looking for.“

The staff was amazingly helpful and supportive when I had to make difficult decisions about end of life care for my geriatric cat, while not once ever making me feel guilty or judged. They are busy, so you just have to plan to schedule your appointments in advance, but they have a website option which makes it easy to do. I love having them as our vet.“

“I can't say enough great things about Pawsteps & the amazing staff. My nephews cat was very sick, & spent 2 days trying to find a vet who would take new patients AND get her in quickly. Pawsteps was the ONLY vet that cared enough to get us RIGHT IN, within the hour, where she was so tenderly treated. Sadly, our lil fur baby had to cross the Rainbow Bridge, & I couldn't have asked for kinder, more patient, & accommodating people! They let me take as much time as I needed, to say goodbye, & gave us time to choose what we wanted for her final resting place. I know it's not our favorite thing to think about, when our pets are sick, but finances are just a part of owning/caring for a pet, so I also want to add that I was absolutely SHOCKED, & very relieved, when I saw the final bill. I thought I would've been paying twice that amount, & it STILL would've been worth it, but it was definitely an unexpected surprise. These people are WONDERFUL, so I really hope you'll give them a shot!“
