“Anytime Easton is a great gym for people looking to avoid overcrowding and have the convenience of showing up whenever you want, 24/7. The staff is very polite. The trainers listen to your goals and are attentive to your needs. I can personally vouch for Meg; she helped me incorporate new exercises into my routine. The facilities are well kept and everyone that goes cleans up after themselves and keeps everything organized. “Had such pain in my neck that it kept me up at night - Every little movement hurt. Requested an appointment on their website and got a callback the next morning. Cathy, a former RN, was super intricate with the intake process and provided me with a lot of info on how to sit, sleep, and stand better. Bob took x-rays and showed me where my “problem areas” were. Puts a lot into perspective once you see it in black and white. From there, he adjusted me and provided me with some exercises to strengthen my weak areas. It’s been great. I feel so much better!“

“So happy we found One Step Beyond! My boys (6 and 9) tried soccer, baseball, flag football, but nothing “stuck” until we discovered karate back in March 2021. Fast forward to two classes a week (soon to be 4 ?), 2 belt tests and now a competition team/weapons (all dull, nothing sharp here), my boys couldn’t be happier. Sensei Marie and Sensei Erin are wonderful with the kids and it’s a wide range of all ages and backgrounds. I can honestly say that karate has also taught my boys discipline, fitness, patience and self esteem. I highly recommend One Step Beyond!“
“I have been working out with Jay twice a week for five months. I already feel stronger and my cholesterol is down. Jay specializes in strength training with machines and weights. He is able to customize your workout to help you achieve your desired results, and he can design modifications when you have joint pain. This is a huge advantage over going to the gym and navigating the equipment yourself. No more I can't workout because I hurt my knee, Jay will keep you moving forward without further injury. I recommend spending a couple of hours a week in Jay's gym!“
