“Would absolutely recommend Marathon PT in Dedham to anyone looking to recover/rehab from an injury. The entire team there (I worked mostly with Dani and Kat who are both amazing) is patient, understanding, and supportive. They also take the time to explain the why behind the exercises and how specific movements affect the body. Before coming to Dedham I couldn’t skate through a 45 minute Rev league hockey game, since working with them for only a couple months I feel great and able to skate no problems without a brace of any kind! 11 out of 10“

I have watched my body build stamina, strength, balance and my mind is building grit and I'm gaining a new sense of insight from the physical changes. The trainers are friendly and welcoming--I work with Federico and he pushes me while also ensuring it's not too much so I don't injure myself. None of the trainers have the "machismo" so often present in the gym industry. The trainers here are supportive, smart and emotionally intelligent. I highly recommend this gym and approach to training!“

Jay specializes in strength training with machines and weights. He is able to customize your workout to help you achieve your desired results, and he can design modifications when you have joint pain. This is a huge advantage over going to the gym and navigating the equipment yourself. No more I can't workout because I hurt my knee, Jay will keep you moving forward without further injury. I recommend spending a couple of hours a week in Jay's gym!“

He loved working out with his personal trainer, Nick, from the very first session. Nick is expert and also injects positivity, fun, and humor into his (always changing and always challenging) workouts.It was initially a shock to me that I started joining my husband for the workouts. I’d never really lifted weights before and I thought of a personal trainer as a luxury experience that was a gift for my overworked husband, not for me.
