Awesome to work with.The facility is exceptionally clean throughout (including showers and restrooms) and the owner Layla is Fantastic!!I’m a month in and although it’s one of the toughest workouts I can remember (from my athletic days 25+ years ago), I somehow crawl out thinking it was fun (an impossible word for me with traditional workout gyms). The beauty of the program is it’s so fast paced and varied that you couldn’t possibly get bored, as the variety really helps maintain your effort levels. You start at your own pace, and will continue building yourself at whatever pace you choose. You’re fully supported no matter your condition levels, just bring a positive attitude.Finally - this is purely a no judgement zone consisting of a hundred backgrounds and experience levels.
