Love this gym sometimes crowded but there’s always a machine open. I do have a question a while back people kept leaving reviews that the gym opened around 20-50 minutes late instead of at 5 a.m because of the employees I was wondering if it’s changed so far and does it open at exactly 5am or like within ten minutes or is it the same still? Just trying to get a schedule that I can maintain thanks for the support crunch members ???

I went to boot camp in lynn and the trainer psumi was amazing She motivates you and pushes you , you leave feeling great i recommend you take her boot camp on mondays Wednesday and Fridays at 6:00Am

It was pretty good. Not very clean though. Not enough circuit equipment and there's always a line waiting to use certain exercise/circuit machines. Plenty of bikes and treadmills, weights etc. The tanning rooms only have 1 folding chair and no where but the floor to put your clothing while changing, but they give you free eye protective eye patches.
