200 Westboro Rd, North Grafton“I can’t say enough good things. My husband and I called around in an emergency late at night for my sick chicken who was suffering. My local vet emergency hospital was rude to me, stating they had to charge the price of a dog and it would be $400. I called another place in the area who were very nice but their pricing was similar.
I finally called Tufts around 9pm, this was our first experience with them. They are a little far from our home but it was well worth the drive. They were excellent from beginning to end. Their prices were more than fair, I believe because it’s a research university hospital. They were welcoming, patient, and understanding, and the hospital itself is very nice. They have a super comfortable large waiting area with well stocked snack machines and I believe they even have coffee.
We were able to donate the chicken to research, which there is a great need for with poultry.
Our sincere thanks to the whole team who helped us, from reception to checkout. We have already told our family and friends about our experience and we will definately be utilizing your services in the future.“

84 SW Cutoff, Worcester“I just cannot say enough about Route 20 Animal Clinic, Dr. Nick Kotsopolous, and staff, especially Colleen.
My parents and I have been taking our pets to the clinic for over 20 years. Dr. Nick is so caring, patient, and understanding. Often he's returning calls until 8pm and has given his personal cell phone number if there are any issues post sedation, regardless of procedure. From tumor removal surgery to dental cleaning he calls to check on our pets. He will also ask about how my parents are doing and their pets when I go for a visit with mine.
Colleen is fantastic with grooming. My long haired cats would get shaved in the summer so they were more comfortable and she always made them look so adorable and smell so nice. She's also so kind and compassionate, plus prompt with returning calls.
If there is a specialized surgery Dr. Nick can't do, he has always referred me to excellent surgeons. For end of life issues, the staff are above and beyond caring and loving. This doctor truly seems to love his work and it will be such a loss whenever he does retire.
Comparable rates, prompt response, varied services, excellent care. If you want an excellent veterinarian, Dr. Nick Kotsopolous at The Route 20 Animal Clinic is the one to see.“

I love my cat so much. They set me up with an oncology referral. They are going to help me make his final days as comfortable as possible. What a FABULOUS team!!!! I am so thankful for them!“

Was so nice that the vet knew what he had had in the past without me explaining it and he immediately caught what was going on now. This is the place you want to bring your pet. Hands down the best experience I have ever had. They are better than my PCP! lol! I only wish I could have given 10 stars !! Much appreciation to everyone there ! I couldn’t be happier“

49 Stowe Rd, Millbury“Dr. Vicki has been the most loving, calm, concerned, educated and patient veterinarian I have ever known. What I find even more refreshing....she goes the extra mile and will research additional options.
Crowbar, Freeway and Stewie (fyi...she chose the name Stewie) are my 3 kitty boys and honestly...no joke...they love her and they all see her at the same time... lol! A couple more bonuses...she calms my nerves because they are my life. Dr. Vicki knows that I will do anything for them and she never has taken advantage of that. I have never walked out with sticker shock! She is a wonderful vet that cares for her "families". A true St. Francis...“

287 Riverlin St, Millbury“The staff at riverlin has been excellent especially considering how me and my family had to put our 15-year-old dog down. They were accommodating throughout the whole process and even let us bring our 2-year-old Pitbull Rottweiler in to say goodbye to his brother as well. It was very nice to be there as a whole family to put down a beloved member of our family. I have put down dogs in the past with other facilities and it has been cold and not receptive. When the staff is crying with you because they have such investment in the animal is you. It touches your soul and makes them part of your family as well. Thank you again everybody for everything you've done for us and we will definitely be bringing all our dogs the future to Riverlin.“

They scheduled us an appointment and walked us through the new patient / intake process. We saw Dr. Karen and Lynn was our veterinarian technician. Both were very nice! Took time to explain the procedures, test, etc that we would need for our dog and answered all our questions. They were extremely good at what they do and were able to make our dog feel less anxious and my wife and I couldn’t be happier we found them! 10/10 recommend for anyone in the area in need of a vet :)“

1 Officer Manny Familia Wy, Worcester“We went here for my cats vaccines and wanted him neutered as well. They were able to get everything done in one day for waaayy less than the price it would been in another vet. Mind you we called everywhere for pricing, as we didn't have much of a budget as a single mom and everything being so expensive, and we are so grateful for this place! The vet who attended my cat 'Pebbles' was super kind and knowledgeable. He went home with all the needed meds and everything. We even found out he had fleas we would've never noticed unless they told us and they treated him for that as well. He got optimal care here and I would recommend this place to anyone! It's been 3 days after his neutering procedure and he's doing phenomenal. They even called me to see how he was doing! We are scheduled back soon. Thank you to everyone who is involved in the care of these animals ? ?“

9 Howe St, Auburn“My experience is amazing with all of them as a family loving people and mean the pets they love like there own we have lost 2 of our babys and they have been heartfelt about it and feel what we did as a whole. The support and love this group of vets and others here is a rare thing in places the job they all do and what the see as heartbreaking moments is the hardest job ever and me and the wife and our furbabys wouldn't go any where else . As for Dr L and mehgan her co pilot that I have followed for year to anywhere they go they have made this hillside our home also . All the staff is amazing and could never pay back what they have giving to us in care and love for us and our babys they make our babys there babys and that makes a big family to us. I wanna say thank you all of the staff and and above thank you for what you bring and your support . No matter how we say or show thanks for them I know it's not enough of what they all deserve but as a staff they don't expect that they want happy and healthy babys for longer than life . Thank you from deep down .“

329 West St, Milford“Dr. Augusto and his staff was amazing. My cat got into a scuffle with a racoon on a Sunday, so I had to bring her to PetMedic Urgent Care in Westborough. They put a splint, cast and cone on my girl and said she would have to keep it on for 4 weeks (it was painful to watch her and didn't think we could live through this for a month). On Monday I called Milford Animal Hospital to make a follow up appointment on Wednesday. Dr. Augusto and his team were very attentive and compassionate. Dr. Augusto immediately took to the cast, splint and cone off which was such a relief. I don't think my cat would have healed as quickly with a cast and cone (and it would have been torture for her and us). She has healed naturally and quickly thanks to the team at Milford Animal Hospital. I am so thankful! I highly recommend Milford Animal Hospital and Dr. Augusto.“

The staff is helpful and enjoyable to interact with. They clearly care about your pets and their quality of life.
This clinic saved one of my cats when she cleaned all the flea/tick treatment off of our other cat and poisoned herself. They jumped into action immediately and saved her life.
They recently got new doctors and I was nervous about the change, but the new staff they brought in has been top notch.“

They have been amazing here, I would recommend anybody going there close by. It should be closer animal hospitals for emergencies.
This one is great, that’s why I gave it five stars.“
