I've had them work on two different boiler issues (one was a conversion from oil to gas, done in 2017; the other was just today after the heat wouldn't go on for a gas boiler in another location). Each time, they did something incredibly rare: they did only what needed to be done, and actually told me that I needed to do less than what the 1st plumber said. (I always get two quotes on a big job, and JM was second.) In the 2017 boiler issue, the 1st plumber said i needed a much bigger and more expensive boiler than i needed, and JM said that wasn't needed, and JM was correct-- JM installed a smaller one and it's been perfect, no issues. And the job today: the 1st plumber said the boiler had to be replaced, but JM said it just needed a tune up and some small repairs. JM is honest as the day is long! I think the world of this company.“
