Being totally forthright with us, he let us know that based on the building's electric service, the job would not be able to be done legally. I have the most respect for someone in business who knows what they can and cannot do.Biggest regret here is that we can't do business with them based on the dated electric service in the building.“

He clearly loves his work, and was extremely knowledgeable and professional – and showed he really cared about our issues and our organization. His associate Michael showed up to help assist and was equally helpful. Looks like we have a heavy duty project on hand with some legacy blockage issues (please never put disposable wipes, down a toilet – ever!!!) – but I feel like we are in very good hands. I'll loop back again once everything is complete to give a final assessment, but so far – definitely five star customer service!“
