The plumber who was sent, Chris, was extremely professional and friendly. We had previously already had one plumber come in to look at the water heat, however they were only able to give a temporary fix then left. Chris not only fixed the issue but did so in only an hour. 10/10, would rate 5 stars again if possible.

The customer relations/support team was very responsive. They were able to get someone out earlier than expected to do a quick estimate and do the work the next day to resolve a nonfunctional shower valve. Larry was great, personable, and flexible. He explained what needed to be done clearly and which parts were needed. I ended up getting the parts myself and had him do a few additional upkeep-type plumbing work I've been putting off for a while. Pricing was reasonable as well, especially for the quality of service and work.

A big name heating company failed me on many levels. I contacted Z PLUMBERZ and heard from them within 5 minutes on a Friday night. On Monday they repaired my furnace in less than 8 hours and were in constant communication about parts availability and the return of the tech to my house. Thank you to Maria and Mike for saving me over 800 dollars. I have since fired my heating company and am thankful I found Z PLUMBERZ.
