Adult ballet is a highlight for me each week — even though I have never done ballet or any formal dance before! Adult fitness options are also great. High quality instructors, and affordable compared with alternative options.“
“Mystic Fitness studio is such a beautiful welcoming place. Amy has curated a warm and inviting community for yogis of all levels. I was just starting my yoga journey when I found Mystic. Through regular practice there, my practice grew and evolved. Yoga is now an integral part of my self care and I credit a big part of that to Amy and all the teachers at Mystic. “I was visiting a friend for the weekend and we decided to practice at Stil Studio.The yoga room is located on the second floor in a beautiful classic style building. Tall ceilings, airy, bright, wood floors and very clean. The store on the first floor with a bohemian vibe was also part of the studio.We attended Vinyasa, taught by Tatiana, and Fluid, taught by Meredith.I enjoyed the classes, the teaching styles, the adjustments and the overall peaceful and friendly atmosphere of the place. “COVID-19 has definitely impacted the therapeutic massage schedule that is needed for ideal wellness. The Gentle Place is open now (yay!)! I've always been 100% confident with the safe standards Donna and her team use. Now they've implemented precautions specific for SARS-CoV-2 and actually go above and beyond these for safety. “This is a great studio but one thing that keeps me from coming more often is that it is only hot yoga. I wish there was at least some normal or lower temperature classes offered here. I don't always do well with a 90+ degree heat combined with the strenuous flow. I love the teachers and the challenging flows though - the best studio in the surrounding area! Please consider a "warm" or normal classes. Thank you!“

“I have been coming here for over a year . Janet is so experienced at what she does . My job is very demanding on my body . I go see her twice a week and she fixes any ailment I have . We do different stretches every week to target diff muscles . She has helped me so much and has taken my yoga game to a higher level by finding my weak points and work with me to fix them by mashing and stretching . I have also had cupping and massages here and let me tell you how awesome she is . I strongly recommend her services plus she's one of the kindest persons I know .“
