UPY is hands-down my favorite yoga studio in the area. All of the teachers are incredible! They have tons of classes, so you can find styles/personalities that work best for you. And if you like to sweat - the power/sculpt classes are the best. Not to mention, the community that they have built is so supportive - it's easy to chat with people before/after class if you're looking for some connection. Highly highly highly recommend to everyone and anyone looking for a studio to practice yoga :)

Great class! I am a newbie and was able to follow along without any issues. The instructor Mary was awesome. She shares a personal note in the beginning that relates to yoga and it made things click. I will definitely be taking more of her classes!!!

I am truly grateful for the exceptional experience at this yoga center. Liza, the yoga trainer, displayed incredible expertise and warmth, making my session truly enjoyable. The center's pristine cleanliness and peaceful ambiance provided the perfect setting for practice. The staff's kindness, support, and welcoming attitude added an extra layer of positivity. This is undoubtedly a top-notch yoga center that I wholeheartedly recommend for anyone seeking a nurturing and revitalizing practice.?????
