“I was visiting a friend for the weekend and we decided to practice at Stil Studio.The yoga room is located on the second floor in a beautiful classic style building. Tall ceilings, airy, bright, wood floors and very clean. The store on the first floor with a bohemian vibe was also part of the studio.We attended Vinyasa, taught by Tatiana, and Fluid, taught by Meredith.I enjoyed the classes, the teaching styles, the adjustments and the overall peaceful and friendly atmosphere of the place. “Richmond is a wonderful example of everything a practitioner in his field should be - he's palpably compassionate and incredibly knowledgeable. I have a slew of ailments and autoimmune problems that directly impact my muscles/joints. I'm so thankful to have found the Bodywork Clinic and felt a relief of pain that lasted longer than any regular massage ever has. Would recommend to anyone suffering from chronic issues.“

I didn't know that our elbows are supposed to line up with the ears when doing downward facing dog, and it was Lori's cues that made me aware of it. “Blue lotus is a smaller yoga studio in needham center. The classes are peaceful and really hit the spot when you need a quick stretch. I know they do acupuncture and some other treatments but I have only had experience with their yoga classes. All the teachers are super nice too. Would definitely recommend for someone who is newer to practicing yoga or wants to pop into a class every once and a while.“
