I went through a major flood, I’ve had renovation issues, I had a water filter system almost blow up my house, and I lost water to my house that NO-ONE else could fix and they rushed over on a major summer holiday for a busy beach town today to get me my water back and remove the toxic water filter system and install new piping. Mike never makes you feel like a job is too small or too big, and even a clogged toilet or sink is something he or his crew will make time for. He has made official phone calls for me with many town and other authorities to advocate for me with the filter flood issue and given outstanding and true advice on how to protect my home and avoid a catastrophic event like this again. Mahony over Labor Day weekend and was connected with a technician who assured me he could come out the next day. He advised us to get our holding tank pumped first. Once that was done, I called back, and Lucas arrived promptly to diagnose the issue. He was quick to respond, incredibly knowledgeable, and extremely friendly. After examining the pump, Lucas explained that both switches had corroded, causing the pump to fail. He had the problem fixed within an hour. “Great service. We called and set up an emergency service to resolve an issue with our forced hot water radiatior system. Our tech, Shawn, arrived within 20 minutes and solved the problem promptly and without issue.<br><br>Service was steep for a 10 minute fix, but that's the cost of calling for emergency service rather than scheduling an appointment.<br><br>Will utilize Crombie again in the future.“
