These folks are always on time, always there in an emergency, are responsive and professional and most importantly, get the job done right the 1st time! National Grid came and changed out the gas meter . the next morning we got up to no heat no hot water for the next 7days . Called Elder services of Boston . Steve Ford came out personally and directed the repair efforts so our heat hot water has been restored . Excellent service . Ford plumbing is our plumbing co. for all of our work.
