“Excellent professionals, polite receptionist, nice nurses. On my last two visits Dr. G Connell was exceptional. Waiting time to make an appointment is not long compared to other clinics and neither is the waiting time to be seen by the doctor. I recommend DotHouse for checkups and exams.“
“I was running an errand in dedham on Saturday, late afternoon and had not been feeling well but the urgent care centers near my home closed early and I would not make it in time to get there. I noticed the ConvenientMD center as I was driving by so I decided to pop in and pray they were still open, and that there would not be a wait as I was feeling terrible and did not have the patience to wait. The place is huge, and SO clean and comfortable. The people were all so nice and much to my surprise- NO wait! I was seen almost immediately by a PA (who was kind and had a sense of humor!) and diagnosed, Prescribed medicine and sent on my way with instructions for follow up. They are a full service center - I can not imagine why anyone would go to an emergency room when urgent cares such as Carewell can care for you in such a pleasant environment without the chaos and wait of hospital ERs. I highly Recommend going here if you are in need of medical care! Ten stars!⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️“
“I'm grateful for the caring ways of the staff. Every person I was in contact with was very kind.“
“I called my primary and was advised to go to the closest Urgent Care. I was seen very quickly. The support staff, nurse, doctor, and XRay tech were all great. Within a short time I had a diagnosis and meds were called in to my pharmacy. I'm on the mend now and could not be more grateful. Super-easy access on and off Route 1 via Route 16 eastbound. Ample parking. A lab and XRay facility right there. A pharmacy right next door. Very comforting to have this facility nearby.“
“I came here AFTER going to the actual Emergency Department at South Shore Hospital weeks ago because condition did not improve. I walked in and was greeted quickly by the 2 super friendly front desk staff. The wait was under 10 minutes ( on a SATURDAY!) The nurse was warm, kind and listened to me completely explain what was going on without making me feel rushed. She assured me that we would figure out what was up and she excused herself. Mere moments later appeared a literal earth angel, Dr. Katherine G-sky, my new bae. This woman listened to me, without judgement, while I in detail gave her my diagnoses of the condition using my DIY- Ph.D from GOOGLE University & undergrad from Web M.D. Seriously though, Dr. G ( for G-angsta!) actually heard me, and validated my situation without making me feel embarrassed, crazy, dramatic etc. She explained her diagnoses, answered my questions and explained the treatment/Rx she prescribed. Bonus points for checking to see if the Rx she was prescribing had any adverse reactions with my daily meds!! What I am trying to say is that this was by far the best experience I have in a medical setting, BY FAR, in a long time and I am really grateful for everyone at ConveninetMD Urgent Care Weymouth! Truly amazing!! Thank you.“
“Really easy to make an appt. first thing in the morning, and everyone was super nice helping out my 4yo. They even called to let me know that there might be limitations on what they could do for a kid as young as him, but they got creative!“
“went right at 10:30 and they took me immediately. intake took a little bit but you only have to do it the first time you go. all and all it was a great experience“
“I had to get a PAT done. This is time consuming and has specific steps that need to be followed. They were not notified of my appointment but still managed to get things setup and took care of me right away!Good Job Health Express!“
“I had a great experience here. My provider saw me promptly, and I felt that she explained her reasoning for the treatment that she recommended very well. She communicated in a way that made me feel like my input and understanding of the treatment plan were valued. I will definitely come here again next time I need to!“
“I went right when they opened, was seen right away examined and left with antibiotics cough medicine and an inhaler for pneumonia. Everyone was very nice and thorough I’m glad I came here! Thanks to the NP Yulia!“
“Very quick, professional, and gave me a lot of piece of mind. Not sure why there are so many low reviews, but I really appreciated my nurse and Dr. Powis! I had multiple concerns that aren’t typically suited for an urgent care environment, and they helped me and had lots of compassion. I was kindly educated on where to go next time and was given great care. Thank you!“
“Is always a great Community Health Center not to help lots of understanding Quick Doctor visits understand doctor and explain what patient“
“I walked in for treatment this past April and only waited 25 minutes to see the PA. She diagnosed my symptoms and called in a prescription to my pharmacy. I did not realize my pharmacy had updated hours and they were now closed on Sundays, so I called this location to ask for my prescription to be redirected and it was transferred within a few minutes to a nearby pharmacy that was open. They took excellent care of me. Thank you!“
“Malden Urgent Care,I want to express my deepest gratitude to everyone at Malden Urgent Care who helped me yesterday. I was in terrible muscular pain and couldn't walk properly. Despite my struggle, someone from inside saw me and quickly came to assist me with a wheelchair. It was my first time in a wheelchair, and I couldn't even stretch my left leg due to the pain. Your prompt attention and understanding were greatly appreciated. The shot I received in my left hand provided relief, and the arrangement of an ambulance to transfer me to Everett Hospital was done without delay. I spent about 4 to 5 hours at the hospital, and now I'm taking medicine for a week. I'm worried about whether my leg will fully recover and if I'll be able to work as usual. Despite my concerns, I have no words to express how thankful I am. Please convey my gratitude to the entire Malden Urgent Care team.Thank you so much“
“How lucky I was to need medical care in Medford and have access to this! I am from out of town and something came up on my visit. I tried to book online but ended up just getting an Uber and it was incredibly fast to get in and be seen (Saturday morning 9am). I have never been seen or treated in an urgent care as quickly (and I wasn’t bleeding or anything). I was out with my prescription in about half an hour. Thank you to the team!!Edit: I ended up being billed about $45 after insurance, which is something I was concerned about based on reviews. I do have very good insurance but thought I’d add that for what it’s worth.“
“Went to Urgent Care a day before Thanksgiving, there were 5 people in front of me. The wait was about 30 minutes to be seen. Emma Anderson gave me the thorough exam, tested me for Covid, even thought I was positive I had pneumonia. Emma was correct, I had Covid. I was given a prescription for Paxlovid. Wonderful experience!“
“So far very nice experience. Friendly staff. Free parking. Only downside is no x-ray, but they’ll send you to Brookline if that’s needed.“
“A little info: This place has really improved. It is very helpful that they have an urgent care practice. Make sure to check the hours, or even call ahead to ask. Hands down, this is a much better option than any hospital, and the care is top-notch. You DO need to be a patient of theirs to use urgent care-which is only fair! The overall Health Center is much cleaner than a while back-big improvement, keep it up! All staff there have been very kind, professional, and caring. Let us as patients treat them in the same manner!!! Ok me: I saw Dr. Semenya on the 22nd July, and received excellent care. I thought I was good to go. Through no fault of theirs, I spiked a fever on the 23rd, and called the urgent care. I went right over, and fever had gone to 101.4. They ran tests--but I knew what was coming--I needed to go to the hospital. The very nice NP (sorry, forgot your name) called an ambulance for me. I was that sick! Everyone was so kind. I had a follow-up after I got out of the hospital (eek, let us not review the hosp) and Dr. Semenya covered all my questions and explained things. I feel like a participant in my health care, and that is how I like things. I think I am the first to provide an Ipad poop sample! Kudos to Uphams Health. These folks are top notch! Finally, I will recognize that there are many staff whom do so much to keep this place going. The admins., the nursing staff, and the pharmacy. I thank you, and recognize you here with the respect and thanks that you deserve! Thanks!“
