I had an excellent experience at this facility. The wait was about 45 minutes, which is reasonable, especially considering my situation wasn't urgent. They seemed to be moving through people at a good pace. I had a blockage in my ear that they were able to diagnose right away. They handled it right away too, and as quickly as possible. They were very polite and I had two nurses and a doctor check on me. I got all fixed up and on my way. I will certainly go again if the need arises.

I went to Urgent Care because I tested positive for Covid for the 1st time ever. I couldn't get an appointment at my PCP's office until after the weekend and didn't want it to get worse. (I am older and "immunocompromised."). The staff were extremely pleasant and took me in right away. They took the time to ask me questions. Then, sent me along my way to get Paxlovid at the pharmacy before it got any worse. A very pleasant experience.

Wonderful access to medical assistance. Plenty of parking, caring and organized staff and easy to make an appt. I was seen for a possible skin infection this time, but I've come for other issues, as well.
