“I've never felt at such ease taking my kiddo to an eye appointment. We've gone to two other places in the past, and the experience was meh. First thing when we walked in the door, we were met with the friendliest of faces and warm greetings right away. The doctor was fantastic and explained everything in detail. I really liked the small atmosphere, compared to the larger practices which lack empathy, and warmth. When dealing with social anxiety, bigger places can be nerve-wracking.
