“Frank was very busy when I ran into problems with my shower. Water temp was way too hot and could not control temp, so I called for an appt. I was answered by the very capable and efficient Kara, who helped me get an expedited service call, and Frank was there as promised with the needed part and took care of us quickly, and even had to run out for a part that was failing and returned in minutes and got us back on line. “Prompt, efficient and professional. National Grid change out my gas meter. In doing so they were unable to re light the pilot on the furnace. Technicians Paul and Mike arrived within a couple of hours. They replaced a part, re lit the pilot and tested the furnace to ensure it was operational. Since our pipes are old he started with the least aggressive technique (air compression). When that didn’t work he called his crew mate Dave who had the rooter van, which worked without any issue.
