Dave from Freiner came and was very knowledgeable and fixed the leaking shower mixing valve so the leak couldn’t cause further water damage. I have also had the good luck of having Clark and Ken Freiner install a new Burnham boiler a few years ago. Freiner is a family owned company that are honest and professional! They do excellent work and stand behind it, which is rare to find these days.“

I've also had him work on my mom's house and she was extremely impressed with them. Not sure where the negative review above came from. Does not sound like it's the same plumber from my experience. Steve did a great job figuring out the problem; he made sure that we had enough hot water before the next appointment, and a week later he fixed the problem. “Donners has been my go to plumber for years. They show up on time every time, always have the right parts, and always get the job done. I have had several heating issues dealt with by them and several water heaters replaced.I just called last night (Sunday) at 5pm when I noticed that my water heater was leaking. They had it replaced by 11am Monday morning! They always answer the phone and consistently provide excellent service. They are very honest about prices and issues that arise and always clean up after themselves.The one possible con is the price which is definitely high. But when that sewer is backing up or the heat is off in the middle of January they show up on time and get the job done with no issues. Excellent service and excellent quality.“
