“Frank was very busy when I ran into problems with my shower. Water temp was way too hot and could not control temp, so I called for an appt. I was answered by the very capable and efficient Kara, who helped me get an expedited service call, and Frank was there as promised with the needed part and took care of us quickly, and even had to run out for a part that was failing and returned in minutes and got us back on line.
